ive gotten out of a bunch of tickets like that, the cops always ask me why i put my keys on the roof. and i tell them, it lets you know im not going anywhere so you feel safer, if you feel safe i should be safe

I feel like if I put the keys on my roof, the cop is going to think I'm acting funny or suspicious and in probably getting pulled from the vehicle, asked to search it, my nuts felt up a few times and back up coming in. But really it just depends on the cop. If they wanna do it they will regardless
