He's got a great base for building an aesthetic body assuming he's fairly lean and not skinny fat.

I'm lean, definitely not even close to skinny fat lol

I could eat McDonalds at least 5 times a week for a few months and not be super fat.
My metabolism is too quick, which sucks for when I try to gain weight lol. but awesome otherwise
