fleurys a good goalie on a fairly low cap hit contract if flames can get him for a reasonable price why not

Yep we don't even have a goalie for this year yet. It could definitely make sense, but I'm wary because Fleury tends to give up on the big games as much as Luongo does.

It's worth it as long as the price is cheap. Flames have all the leverage here. Either Pittsburgh gives him for cheap ish or they lose him to expansion draft.

fleury has won a cup n got to the finals a 2nd time idk if id say he gives up on big games
he has 2 cups even though he didnt really play for this one guys went the distance

fleury also isnt signed until hes like 45 on a huge contract hes got like 2 or 3 left with 5.7 thats manageable
even if fleury totally flops its not like your stuc kwith him like luongo or bryzgalov type ccontracts
