I think its got something to do with the authenticator, because it happened to me a few times when I had the authenticator.

But since I removed mine, it has never happened to me.

The first time I think it did, but I removed it since, anyways, they'll eventually unlock it I've sent them a ticket with the issue and my ID in a picture
