i live in an area with a lot of blackhawks fans that are fairweather fans because it is geographically the closest team. ive been taking shit for years for continuing to wear stars jerseys to bars and all that. its nice to see this year very little blackhawks support in the area. youre right a team that's in 3rd is still in it, but they dont look dominant at all. they look more like the capitals on pace for a first round exit

Everyone knows Blackhawks are a playoff team. They have too much experience and leadership to ever be dismissed. As does the LA Kings.
I agree they look weaker than past seasons, but that's how the cap era works sometimes. I would argue they are managing it very very nicely. With Anisemov and Panarin working out greatly.
I don't want to take anything away from he Stars great start to the season, but hey, look at the Habs currently
