chiropractors dont just crack bones if you think that your chiro was likely a scam or you never went or prob went for something minor
they can put bones in the wrong spot back where they should go they can cure headaches caused by your spine/neck etc etc major shit

1998... thats a while ago back then chiros prob did just crack your bones now its so much more
yeah my dad has to go every once and a while bt he can function like an every day person
if he woulda listened to the drs and got his back fused he would be pretty much paralyzed

Just cracking someones back isnt going to provide long term relief because you arent addressing the root cause of the issue which I think is what most anti-chiro people are saying. However, if you find a chiro who can provide treatment along with exercises to strength, improve mobility, stretch muscles, etc. then it's a completely different scenario.
i agree by the sounds of it most ppl in my city go to the same guy and have nothing but positives to say
but this guy had headaches that could only be cured from chiro as a kid which is why he became one he dedicated his life to the craft

For the majority of the population corrective exercises, fixing muscular imbalances and correcting posture will be far more effective than chiro ever will. Of course there are exceptions.
this would likely eliminate a bunch of minor issues but chiros to me are the guys you go see when you got something major going on
if you go to the chiro becasue your back is sore but you sit in a pc chair 10 hours a day yeah its likley a waste
but if sitting improper has say moved one of your discs to the wrong location they can hammer it back in and it doesnt even hurt ive heard
