If it's inflammation you want to reduce, the plant based diet is the #1 most reliable way to do that.
Now whether or not you want to do that is up to you.

Gonna actually try cutting out grains completely and try and reduce inflammation to see if these guys that advocate for it actually have good reason for it

I've cut grains and all carbs from my diet, didnt notice a huge difference in inflammation. Some people might be more effected by it than others though. I imagine most people cutting grain or carbs from their diet just leads to a caloric deficit and they lose weight therefore reduced inflammation ;)

never been before, probably should. altho could be an old injury from racing finally catching up with me

my dad has a really screwed up back the doctors reccomended fusing his spinal ddiscs together meaning he couldnt bend over as solution
he could barely move was always in pain went to the chiropractor and he was moving like he was 20 again

they work magic man there pretty expensive but damn sounds like they are worth it
my dad raced dirt track when he was younger and ate shit hes hurtin from that they can prob fix up ur racing injuries or lessen them

i highly advocate for chiro as well.
helped me a lot, and generally are the best of the best when it comes to "back" knowledge.

mine always recommends wicked stretching techniques, and exercises that make a good difference too.
and getting adjusted is beautiful

Chiropractors are incredibly overrated. Figure out your muscular imbalances , fix your posture , stretch and you'll get more benefit than your chiro will ever give you.

I think it depends on how much you are eating grains and starchy foods to begin with. Growing up, potatoes were everyday. Cereal and toast/ bread sandwiches everyday....

When I tried this out, I had serious pain in my left kneee and a workplace injury my left forearm. I noticed less pain and a lot less bloating.

but I just couldnt keep eating salads and shit. I've had a pretty shitty week working 12's and eating unhealthy. Feeling it all over my body right now.
