A rich mom and daughter visited Korea on the 15th, and upon landing they were told to self quarantine for 14 days. Instead, they went to jeju Island (hawaii of Korea) and came in contact with 47 people and used about 40 services. Those people are isolating because of them.

They tested positive on 25th, and the authorities are charging them 100k won which is approx 83k usd. They're korean living/studying abroad in murica. They should pay for the lost wages for those 47 ppl too lol 80k is chump change to them richass, and hopefully none die

Unreal how many people are comitting fraud to collect no more than %63 of their pay.

Staying home because you just flat out want to stay home and sit on EI, when the reality is you are operating D2D at low risk is fraudulent

But all public health officials are saying to stay home.. and companies offering if we want to self isolate to put us on medical leave to collect ei to self isolate which will flatten the curve.
Nothing fraudulent about it.

I’ve been directed that if I have a worker who has cold like symptoms, and cough, multiple sneezing, runny nose that I am to send them home immediately and they are to self isolate for 14 days.

There will obviously be those who will take advantage of this situation but that is par the course with anything in life.

You send sick people home on company short term sick beni or EI sick leave.

It may seem like the government is telling everyone to stay home but they are not. They are talking to anyone directly effected by covid that are sick/ have high risk people at home or laid off.
You can voulentary self isolate through holidays or leave of absence and not worry about losing your job
