everything basically account bound you can trade with players in the game and *clans* i think

none the less the game is fresh and they opened the field for a much wider build diversity and the new paragon system is pretty cool

some of the new items are awesome and drop rate is good imo

ROS is right around the corner and opens even more shit lvl 70 new char

If you find a legendary you have a 2 hour trade limit that starts when you find the item. So you can still sell items on JSp but all the ways of making real money are pretty much gone.
