Yeah, that's probably why Radulov is linked to them. But that's just another reason why they need to get rid of Roy.

They've been a disaster except for that first year where they were just extremely lucky.

No way Yotes should trade OEL. Dude is going to be a top 5 defenseman and those are a lot harder to come by than a top tier forward. They will get a good pick again this year. Take best available forward to go with Strome and take your changes with Domi and Duclair on top of that.

They have Dvorak too, who is trending very well. Chances are one of he or Strome becomes a legit 1C and they'll make for a solid 1-2 punch up the middle.

They don't need Matthews more than they need OEL on the ice. Hard to calculate what Matthews would mean to the market, though.

i doubt matthews would even be top 5 if he was 1 year younger
