Some people had us missing the playoffs. A lot of people had us losing to the Kings. Some had them sweeping us. No one had us getting as far as we did. Once the Sharks got Couture back in the second half of the season, they were a top team in the league.

I liked the moves DW made this year. It's nice to have a goalie that can steal games. Jones has proven himself. Getting Reimer probably helped with that a bit. Dosnkoi looked great this year. I liked the Polak trade. I thought he did a solid job aside from his play in the Final.

The future looks bright. Looking forward to seeing our younger guys get some playtime next year. Mostly Goldobin, Meier, DeMelo.

I think we will see a resurgence of the Hawks and Ducks though. The Caps and Rags will be hungry too. Going to be tough to get back.

Like I said to you a while ago, I think this Sharks team is built to beat teams like the Kings, Ducks, and Blues. That's why I was hoping deep down that the Pens wouldn't come out of the East. But I went with my head and not with my heart when picking them to.

Yeah, we are a really fast team after the mini rebuild. It's partially why tampa gave us issues, they have speed that kept up with us.

I hope you guys keep Marleau, but I have a feeling he is gone

I'd hate to see him and Thornton go. But if it means they get to be on a cup winning team, I'm ok with it.
