This exactly. Born and raised avs fan. Doesn't mean I haven't become a fan of Washington over about the past 7-8 years mainly due to pretty much 2 players in Backstrom and ovechkin. I think more or less you become a fan of certain players then follow those teams alittle bit closer. Can't stand the ducks because Perry is one of the biggest bitches I have seen skate on the ice. Some people are into it tho, and I'm sure if he got drafted on the avs I probably would have enjoyed him on my team haha.

Can someone explain to me what happens during a face-off when a player moves to early? Are they kicked out of the face off because of this?

kicked out and someone else has to take it. if the 2nd person jumps early, its a delay of game penalty
