I can make anytime Mon-Thurs this upcoming week, Mon-start of season following week.

I work

I thought we were going to do this Sunday evening/afternoon?

Week days are brutal because of the 3 hour time difference.

It is either going to be too late for the east coasters, or too early for the west coasters due to work.

Sadly I work an erratic work schedule anywhere from 6-10+ hours depending on how long our sites take.
