That doesn't need to be addressed during free agency. Honestly if you want a really good top 6 or top 4 defenseman you are better off trading than rely on a weak free agency.
Also we are bringing up a dynamite young defenseman in smith and overhauling the coaching staff and getting rid of draper and osgood.
It's going to be a good team without any moves, add to the fact that wings have lots of cap space while other teams are in cap hell signing these high priced mediocore free agents puts the wings in a great position long term.
