i went at that exact spot 2 weeks ago no pokemon but a whole lot of fish, giant bass over there.

Yeah seems like they replaced dratinis with eevees.
Save Ur dragonites / dratini etc. They rare af

Just saw 980 cp cleable
Any trick to catching, they always get away !

not really, seems like it's all chance.
I usually just spam the ball when the pokemon is about to load, so it always hits 100%.
If that misses, i just feed a berry and use ultra/great balls if i really want the pokemon

Nice/great/excellent throws always seem to work more often
