Post your entire workout schedule, I'm kinda curious what you do. I recently (with the help of a more experience buddy) built a training program. Curious how it compares and what you do.

Monday - Chest (triceps)
Tuesday - Back (biceps)
Wednesday - Optional leg day
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Arms
Saturday - Legs

As for what I do, I've posted all my current workouts except for legs.
Leg day I train with the defensive coach for the Calgary Colts, he's helping me get faster/twitch muscle work.

Starting this month I'm going a bit heavier with compounds. I'll be posting those as I do them.

At the moment I do no abs days, because I do that at random if I feel like giving a shit.

Guess I shouldn't do incline bench if I can feel my right shoulder clicking

May want to have someone check it out, don't stop incline though it's a lift that I see so many guys fucking suck at (if you can help it ofc)

Hmm interesting...

Personally I do:

Monday - Legs
Tuesday - R
Wednesday - Back / Bis
Thursday - R
Friday - Pecs / Tris
Saturday - R
Sunday - Shoulders / Traps

On most rest days I'll run or bike for an hour, as well as do an abs circuit. I don't have a completely dedicated arms day though I do see it quite frequently in peoples programs. Maybe it's something I'll look into.

Instead of Back/Tris and Chest/Bis, you may want to do back/bis and Chest/tris, to keep consistent with push/pull movements. (But it's not that important in your case since you have a rest day between them anyway)

That works if you're going for strength, I prefer not to split up back/biceps and chest/triceps.

On my rest days I rest lol. I work hard when I'm at the gym, I need my rest days.

Chest/Biceps
Back/Triceps

is fine if you're going for strength more so than pure muscle building

I like to get some light cardio in on off days, personal preference I guess. The only day I generally wont run or do anything is after Legs because my body is pretty much fucking destroyed.

Gonna try a more compressed schedule myself starting tomorrow.
Legs - Chest/Bi/Tri (don't really hit bis separately so it should be fine) - Back/Shoulders - Off - Off - Repeat

Nice thing about a 3 day split is that if you want to you can do it two times in a week.

It's not unheard of.
