so far so good, but I'm tired as hell ... :lol:, 3-4 hours of sleep then working 10 hours is a bit rough but I'm building up my "parent stamina"
the little guy is 8 weeks old tomorrow and he's starting to do new things each day which is exciting

how are things going for you? I feel like it's been forever since I posted, then I realized it had been at least a month!

Apparently Vancouver players reached out to Reaves, I like our team character. At the same time, I wonder if Roussel was the one to reach out lmao!

Reaves: "I got another text that Vancouver wanted to talk. I get outside their locker room & every one of those guys thought we should sit for two days & said they'd stand behind it. It was a big exhale for me because I felt like I was alone in it, but it was the exact opposite."

Team looks done.

Marky and Hughes tired. Boeser is a negative factor, Miller hurt.

Defense is a disasters, 0 depth.

Horvat and Pettersson can't drag this team along any longer.

yep this was Game 1 all over again. if we aren't dangling them we aren't scoring.

[Irfaan Gaffar] I understand people lighting up Brock, but he was playing with a heavy heart as he lost a family member (cousin) today.

Boeser was great in previous games.

Great forechecking, hard on the puck, making great passes etc etc.

Last game he fell flat, along with most of the other Canucks.


Now I read he lost his cousin. He has had a lot of tough breaks for a young man.

The break set them back a bit I think.

Lost their fire after a big game 2 win.


Hoping for game three they play pissed off after being shut out.

It is a must win.

Vegas is too strong of a team to go down 3-1 in the series.

If they lose tonight its over in 5.


Game four is always the most important imo. Either its a best of three, a win one out of three to advance or its a sweep.

Even if he is not 100% it would be an upgrade I think.

We are getting exposed for lack of defensive depth right now.


With cap problems and needs that still need to be addressed I am fearful we will never get over the hump.

At least we get to watch some playoff hockey though.

so we may not be able to fool teams into taking our bloated contracts after all
