caught this beauty, need some candy and evolve it to 1,5k poliwrath

So it turns out more than half the Pokemon might not be able to get perfect IVs because of a giant bug. Mostly seems to affect the first 50 in the list, including the 3 starters.

Only exception is hatched Pokemon, those seem to be fine (and have higher IVs in general).

Seems like they changed the spawns around too

they definitely updated the map.

rather than just my street buildings that appear, my entire neighbourhood does. still no pokemon spawns in the neighbourhood though
