Blues need a good backup as Elliot was shutdown. They also lost Steen (and Oshie) and could use a young forward like Schenn. He seems to fit their forward mold.

We'd have to be blown away by a top scoring talent who's under contract for a decent rate to even consider trading shattenkirk.
