Gonna do some light bench/chest + tris, cardio and core. Interested to see how I feel, certainly not going to lift heavy because I havent even gotten the okay from the Doctor (or gone to physio) but YOLO
... then why lift. Clavicles usually take 6-8 weeks. Why rush and potentially risk further injury?
