Can someone maybe summarize the new stuff and changes in the new patch/expansion?

Right now I'm not buying it but maybe someone can change my mind

Everything is Bound on Account
AH being taken down
You can now change stats on legendary items through a new townsman
Legendaries drop twice a s much
and now everything has extreme stats.
Paragon level going account wide not just character wide
Paragon can now go into stat points for the entire account now too.

Pretty much everything, might have missed a few things but i kept it brief

Everything is account bound? No more trades at all?

Only thing that won't be account bound is Gold supposedly, still rumors going around that they won't change BoA for gold.

its to force people to actually farm their own gear and play the game because nobody wants too it would even eliminate pay to win really
patch is the right idea with the overpowered stats it makes all the pre patch items obselete and the gold from ah dupe spoofing all that bs is balanced out now
its basicly a fresh start which is perfect but BOA is fuckin retarded you cant trade? that was like the best part in diablo 1 and 2... there taking out now?

what they should do is have the legendarys able to trade and shit but if you change the stats or do anything to it it becomes account bound if there adding that shit
keeps trading alive and you wont have people that play 24/7 upgrading items to the tits then selling them making non upgraded worthless
