I also don't understand how you can drunk from just that. I've done like 7 beers (All Guinness) + 4 shots before and not gotten drunk. And I hardly drink.

You don't feel drunk @ .08

A prosecutor can try it. It's what partank wrote earlier - they have to argue you have control of the vehicle. Not very easy if you're in the back seat.

id say thats pretty much an auto loss...
e: and somebody prob called the cops on you whats the odds of a cop going by as ur sleepin in ur car drunk

It differs but for a guy who drinks all the time he should have a tolerance much higher than that. I kind of have a crazy high tolerance but still.

Cops knocked my window at 4AM, and took me to the police station, failled the alcohol test at .100 (here in qc, its 0.80 max you can be, and .160 to stay in jail).

Pretty a huge badluck, now I will try to justify my case that I didnt wanted to drive my car, that I was just sleeping, near my friend house where I was for the party and my car was on because I had no coat, no blanked and it was snowy outside. Ill be hard, but can't have a criminal case, Ill need to travel to the states for my future job...

So... please tell me people how happy you guyz are. Drunk chojo got busted
