Went to a Halloween party at my friend house. Decided at 1AM to go outside to take a breath of fresh air (30 persons in a very small house make thing hot quick). I had only a shirt on, no coat, so I started to get cold and wanted to have a lil break of that party before going back. So I went into my car, push my car on to get warm, was so cold outside, and I felt asleep at that right moment. Cops knocked my window at 4AM, and took me to the police station, failled the alcohol test at .100 (here in qc, its 0.80 max you can be, and .160 to stay in jail).

Pretty a huge badluck, now I will try to justify my case that I didnt wanted to drive my car, that I was just sleeping, near my friend house where I was for the party and my car was on because I had no coat, no blanked and it was snowy outside. Ill be hard, but can't have a criminal case, Ill need to travel to the states for my future job...

So... please tell me people how happy you guyz are. Drunk chojo got busted

It's not that hard to get a drunk driving charge dropped if those are the circumstances. You should have went in the back seat. Going to cost you some money for the lawyer though.

I also don't understand how you can drunk from just that. I've done like 7 beers (All Guinness) + 4 shots before and not gotten drunk. And I hardly drink.
