yeah the Staal goal in particular was ass

but who cares how "tough" Myers is if the other team can keep using him as a springboard to the PP? I mean it's kinda ruining the point of being tough at all. it's why goons and slow stay-at-home D-men are mostly gone from the NHL. at the rate he's giving away penalties he's responsible for like half a goal against per game based on that alone.

He only costed 1 goal from his many penalties, which was today when Marky let in that weak goal. Would you rather watch the Canucks just roll over and get abused 24/7 with 0 push back like in the past? I rather not lol but I remember ton of fans literally asking for anyone to just fight back penalty or not.
