I'm hardly working (Well, technically I'm working plenty it's just I'm not doing much physical anymore) so I've been drawing up really rough drawings of how I want a house to be built. Given my job and connections I can built a fairly large house for about 40-60% of the cost it would take if I fully hired someone to do it.

Keep deluding myself with far too large plans that will only put me in as bad a position as I got in recently. Life is pretty much a delusion.
