Provorov has a very high floor and good potential

But a 6'7-6'8 monster on the blue line that can skate, shoot and plays with a mean streak; you dont want to trade that away

Good thing is Provorov, Ghost and Sanheim gives him time to develop. I wouldnt trade any of these 4

You guys have a solid goalie in Jake Allen. You have some really good offensive/puck moving defensemen. You got offensive threats like Tarasenko and etc

When you got guys like Shattenkirk/Boumeester/Pietrangelo/Parayko as your core dmen, you should not be playing a defensive system, having dmen like those, you should be playing an offensive game, and it would work well

Hitchcock only knows how to preach a defensive game. Doesn't know how to utilize what he has to the best extent.
