sounds kinda screwy being that he would have to ddos that person specifically and getting his ip would likely be hard
specially being if he was able to get the ips of those on the server there would be hundreds-thousands to choose from how would he get the correct one

or he could ddos the entire rs server but that would just cause lag for both of you or crash it making pking quite hard

also the last time rs had a ddos like 2 months or so ago they were taking the people to court because ddosing is illegal specially if u ddos a company
