I agree. But 18000-20000 is the norm anyway.
Hell, oilers can sell out 5k more seats a night too.
I forget how big our arena will be
What concerns me is the CFL stadium size. 30k?! Really! ?

It's 900m for 2 stadiums, including a Fifa sized soccer pitch, NHL rink, track, cfl field, etc.
