honestly Desharnais isnt bad at all if you pair a goal scorer and a grinder with him.

Problem is when he was playing with Pataterotie, who was fckin lazy...he was the one battling the puck on the boards.

He has heart and hes a decent paly maker.

He was just not used properly.

but I agree that he must go now, we have to put our youngters in more important roles, so they gain confidence.

problem is with eller gone plekanec is only shutdown option which means DD is going to get the best minutes on the team for the 5th season in a row. catering to such a shit player will mean early playoff exit again
