700M for the complex, another 300M for cleaning up the area of it's toxic plant remnants. Sounds like 1.3Bish total. Flames want to pitch in 200M... which is a lot more than that crook Katz put in, but it's still bullshit. It's the first step in a negotiating process, they are lowbaling to get the convo started I'm sure. I hope.

The hockey news is saying sources mentioned could be upwards of 3 bill. Includes 1 bill in rework and infrastructure and transit if Crowchild and bow trail. And 1 bill in site cleanup.

And arena estimates are accurate around 1 bill. 3 b total
