She'll grow out of it.
When my boxer was 1-2 years old he did the same to 2 of my better friends every time they came over. Before they would arrive I would grab ahold and get in control of my dog before they came in. To calm the excitement out of him. When he would calm down I would then allow him to greet the new arrivals to the house. And if all went well he wouldn't spring a leak. But nonetheless, he just grew out of it.
Imagine a 70lb boxer losing his bladder...embarrassing.
