In no way do I think the lightning are giving up stamkos.
Im just copy pasting and I sited my source which immediately tells you if any validity exists or not. I even prefaced that post by stating flames fans should keep themselves in check as its just a rumor mill for readers.

Did Calgary inquire? Yes. Yes they did.

Elliot Friedman confirmed that Patrick marleau's name is definitely out there for trade discussion. He owns a full no move clause though and would have to approve any deal.
Note he's in the second of three year deal for 20M

Okposo contract talks have made no progress and are "non-existent" which I take to just mean nothing of significance. He's been in trade rumors for a while now. Basically no urgency to sign him at the moment.

Kings have not yet had contract discussion with Trevor Lewis. Guess is they are waiting on the kopitar situation to flesh out.

if neuvirth keeps playing good and putting up these #s id be curious to see what he could fetch at deadline
