Condra gone to Tampa

yeah really sucks

especially considering the contract he signed

really good deal for tampa, wish we could have kept him somehow

he helped our PK so much

I don't mind.
He wanted 3 years but sens want to give him 2 cuz we have tons of young guns who want to play

With Condra gone, Puempel will hopefully get his chance to make the team. (Which he should). Actually excited as Puempel is very quick and has more skill

Nick Paul I think will need another year or 2.

Legwand out too will help, can give Pageau more ice.

And finally, Cowen will have his shot this season, the spot is his to lose. Wideman is knocking on the door

Dorion said Paul should be a NHL at some point this year or next year.

Hopefully Paul in means Smith is out. So tired of having Smith and Greening on the team.

I'm sure he will get some games this year, but I doubt they will keep him more than his 9 rookie games. Next year I think he will make the team, taking Greening's spot.

I believe Paul is old enought to play in the AHL so those 9 games thing does not apply.

Don't think he'll make the team right away but we might end up seeing him later this year.

Oh yeah he's 20 now right? I think he will get a few games so we can take a look at him, he might stick around depending on how he plays but I doubt it.

Excited for Puempel to make the club, he can do everything Condra did but Puempel can actually score a goal. Condra was useless offensively, couldn't finish a chance.

Yeah Puempel was playing well before he got injured last year.

He's definately not as good as Condra defensively but he's got a scoring touch that Condra doesn't have.

Condra was good for a PK and found a bit of chemistry with the young line, but it was frustrating to watch him miss the net or shoot on the crest on breakaways lol
