How is transportation not essential?

People need a vehicle to get to work no?

That logic is flawed.

I am considered essential service and what you do is more important than my job I would say.

weed shop is open so yeah its flawed lol

I work in electrical distribution.

We are considered essential because we sell to the City of Burnaby and supply food production facilities with automation equipment that keeps assembly lines running.

Thing is that is 2-3% of the client base at best, yet we are allowed to stay open for that reason.

It seems like someone who has no clue wtf the parameters of 'essential' should be and is just taking shots in the dark.

I am sorry you are on the wrong side of this. Small Business owners have it tough as it is, yet being the backbone of the economy they should get more support imo.

the mall in the next city is open so potentially every store inside is open too?
crazy to think a mall is left open in a time like this you think you would want people spreading out to shop not all go to one place

my dad said my city apparently has a confirmed case of a no frills employee so riiip

Its a double edged knife tbh... on one side i have my 5month baby and pregnant wife at home i dont want them infected while i sit in over 15 different cars a day and on the other side i have my business that ive been killing my ass off for the past 15 years to succeed

Ahead of the curve lol. You can by barb quality clippers with different guards for ~ $100.

you could give yourself half decent haircuts because they come with different guard sizes.
