He fell, that's why bleeding.
And the airlines are allowed to do what they did.
What makes ppl think they're above the law. 2 officers came and asked him to leave. Sooo make a tantrum and stomp your feet makes you justified?
This can happen in any Canadian flight. And it does happen. Except no one stomps there feet and throws a tantrum.
you have it so backwards lol. The police had no right to assault him.
he wasn't bleeding because he fell, he was bleeding because the police slammed his face against the arm rest.
How are they above the law, when they didn't break any law?
They purchased their tickets like how they're supposed to and it's the airline's fault for overselling them. They say they selected 4 people at "random" but none were selected from the 1st/bsns class jaja
also offering $800 voucher is a joke, they're supposed to pay 400% more for the original flight cost cuz he wasn't flying in another plane in less than 2 hours. The airline should also let the passengers know that they have the right to ask for it in cheque, not vouchers. Ofc, airline wouldn't disclose that info. cos $800 vs $800 worth of vouchers with expiry date, guaranteed to be used in their shitty service airline is another thing
