what law?
he purchased a ticket just like everyone else.

why is he singled out and made to leave?
and they kicked the shit out of him rofl.

he was dripping blood everywhere

He fell, that's why bleeding.

And the airlines are allowed to do what they did.
What makes ppl think they're above the law. 2 officers came and asked him to leave. Sooo make a tantrum and stomp your feet makes you justified?

This can happen in any Canadian flight. And it does happen. Except no one stomps there feet and throws a tantrum.

he didn't fall on his face? he fell on his back and they dragged him out.
if it was allowed why are the security officers suspended and under "intense" investigation as per the air line.

if i was a doctor and had patients to see the next day id probably hold my ground to.
sounds like a pretty legit reason.

airlines problem for over booking, and letting too many people on the plane.
not his fault.

you have it so backwards lol. The police had no right to assault him.
he wasn't bleeding because he fell, he was bleeding because the police slammed his face against the arm rest.
How are they above the law, when they didn't break any law?
They purchased their tickets like how they're supposed to and it's the airline's fault for overselling them. They say they selected 4 people at "random" but none were selected from the 1st/bsns class jaja
also offering $800 voucher is a joke, they're supposed to pay 400% more for the original flight cost cuz he wasn't flying in another plane in less than 2 hours. The airline should also let the passengers know that they have the right to ask for it in cheque, not vouchers. Ofc, airline wouldn't disclose that info. cos $800 vs $800 worth of vouchers with expiry date, guaranteed to be used in their shitty service airline is another thing

There's no law involved. The airline fucked up by allowing the extra passengers on board irregardless if how over-booking flights normally works should even be legal. He didn't throw a tantrum he was forceably thrown from his seat that he purchased and had every right to be sitting in as the airline let him onto the plane.

... there is no law. The airlines is 100% at fault. United has been in the news like 4 times in the last few months for shit like this. Even resulted in the death of dog because of their negligence .

May be hard for you sjws to understand.

"When reports of a passenger being forcibly removed from a United Airlines flight due to an overbooking conflict began surfacing on social media, many asked whether airlines are allowed to act in such a way.

The short answer is: yes."

What you fail to get is the airline can remove you for any reason. The other 4 people left with no problem. Just like this man should have.

must be hard for you to understand,
they have the right to remove them from the plane, but they don't have the right to assault to remove them from their plane.

3*, maybe because they didn't have to go to the hospital to check on their patients?
