And no, we decided to eat downtown, went to a royal oak cause we were pressed for time in the end.
That new offramp/route around the mall thats there, fucking took forever. Traffic was horrible, and it took us like 20 mins from getting off the off ramp next to CTC to getting off the bus. Good thing we caught the earlier gamebus.

Rule 76 – Face-offs

To curb delay tactics on face-offs after icing infractions, in situations where the defending team is guilty of a face-off violation, following an icing, the defending player who is initially lined up for the face-off will be given a warning, but will be required to remain in the circle to take the face-off. A second face-off violation by the defending team in such situation will result in a two minute minor bench penalty.

Ottawa was in the OFFENSIVE zone, there was no reason to 'delay' the game. They didnt, the linesmen was just bring a prick.
