I agree with most of what you said. Except I think
Caggula will be 3c and draisaitl 2c eventually. With nuge odd man out, unless he plays wing. I just can't justify trading our best defensive forward at this point. Especially when Ebs play has been so horrible.
Do you think maybe the younger talent could make him better?
At some point hes gotta realize he's on a young team and is going to have to be the veteran winger.
If they did it right eberle could be what hossa is for chicago.
I just feel like they have poopy management skills.

if they traded nugent hopkins for someone that's equally defensive it could have an upside.
They need some age on their team.
