alright, back from my trip to n'orleans. had a blast on bourbon st, but now its time to get into hockey mode.

go blues! win tomorrow and the pressure is back on them.

that was embarassing, and if they dont come out with some urgency in game 4, were fucked.

minnesota is just taking it to us and we make zero adjustments and have no response.

we cant get any shots on goal from the point, but they generate so much offense from their own points. we got no offensive zone pressure tonight, even when we were down. not even a good cycle.
and surprisingly, were terrible at faceoffs all of the sudden, after being the best team in the regular season at it.

horrible game.

*sigh* c'mon blues. Idk if I can take them shitting on the ice again this year..

We make the playoffs quite often, but that doesn't bring home the cup. Just seen we only had 17 shots on goal... Fucking pathetic

if we lose this series to the wild, hitch needs to go.

his system is overrated as is, and our offense needs to be opened up.

the line combinations for yesterdays loss were disgusting. why the fuck is ott centering the top line for over 40mins? why is jaskin playing less than 9 mins? why do we keep playing our aged grit players with hardly any offensive ability so much, while playing some of our younger gifted players so little?

some of their postgame comments are confusing.

"we didnt play a full 60mins"- they didnt play 10mins of good hockey.
"they checked us hard"- well yea, you knew they would, and youre suppose to check them hard back, which you didnt.

that parise goal pissed me off. 3 blues defenders around 1 guy, but none of em take the body and allow parise to embarrass them.

bouwmeester is almost terrible this season and hasnt gotten any better this postseason. his lack of offensive ability paired with his weak defensive game is killing us.

pietrangelo and allen played well. they are the only 2 players who looked like they gave a shit.

i will be very disappointed if we dont come out for the start of game 4 flying around, hitting anything in a wild jersey, and taking shots from almost anywhere. someone step up in this locker room and make some well needed changes to either the lineup or game plan.
