I have mixed feelings about roy. But I'm willing to give it one more shot. I think this season was a huge learning experience. Especially for the players. The core needs to learn that they are the leaders and they need to show up everynight.

I am not opposed to Roy sticking around. He definitely has the heart and drive for it, but we need some strategic moves to work on our composition. If you look at any of the teams who are in the playoffs, they will have either a consistent goalie or a solid defense (Stars may be an exception, but with their offense they can do that) . As much as I love Varly and Picks, they don't have the consistency we need given our D, so I truly hope we can make a move for shattenkirk or someone.

gonna be tough to get shatty being that were divisional rivals. gonna have to be a hefty payment or you may want to wait and see if you can get him on the market after this season, if he even gets there.
