Anyways, I was shitting on Xbox last week and this week I've been really impressed with their customer service and repair centre.

Sent my Xbox from Edmonton to Toronto (repair facility) on Monday, they received my Xbox Tuesday and it was diagnosed Tuesday afternoon. Today at 9 AM they sent me tracking info for a new xbox one they are sending me. All in all cost me $120 and should have my xbone by tomorrow or Friday.

the zoo there is brutal
