To make a statement like that shows maturity? Assuming any drunk girl wants sex is quite frankly....asinine

I'm not saying all drunk PEOPLE want sex, I'm saying people want sex while they are drunk , not all of them , some of them.

If a girl doesn't say no or attempt to stop you then she is fair game. NOW, obviously if you're sober and she clearly is incredibly drunk as in slurring her words etc then of course she probably doesn't know what's going on and she cannot give proper consent.

Kane is a garbage human it doesn't surprise anyone that he is being blamed. Likely that he raped her but the blame may be on both seeing as he's a celebrity, he should know that random sexual encounters may be damaging and she should likely know that his intentions as a young rich athlete may not be to hold hands and talk about interests.. if it was forced then that's another ball game.
