a win is a win but they still aren't playing very well imo. freddy has been amazing this year. one could easily make an argument that the ducks were outplayed in 2/3 periods. and against a team on the back end of back-to-backs vs their number 2 goalie.

so different from last year when i felt like even when they played poorly, they were slightly better than the other team.

Last year was a pretty elite team, minus goaltending in my opinion, this year they've lost players and such but I can imagine the opening 10-11 games are the worse they will play all year.

Slim chance I'm gonna go to the game on Friday, tickets are posted at 8 bucks for cheapo seats (lol Columbus) so that's nice.

Funny thing is both the Jackets and especially the Ducks were picked to go to the finals by a lot of people.

Ducks should trade for a guy like belesky. I think he'd be a perfect fit for this team and he isn't afraid to go to the dirty areas and score some goals.
