now at day 2 of day 30 no cheat challenge. pretty easy so far but the real test will be this week because of school

for me its eating something with calories but with no real nutritional value like chocolate, soda, etc. i might fix my diet when skcraynor (guy from hnf) recommends me a diet
oh and as little carbs as possible

Personally I just consider a cheat to be off the books. A cheat day is a day where you eat what you want with no regard to nutrition. It usually has to bust your calorie max but honestly having a taco bell meal is about 70% of my calories on any given day lol.

i'd allow myself to do a cheat day once i feel the habit is there (after 3-4 weeks) and wouldn't consider that as a cheat. cheat day was already in my program :P

Cheat meals are overrated IMO, just try to work in some cheat food every few days. Meals people tend to go overboard and consume 2000+ Cals at one sitting.
