Idk, rumors are flying right now. Hearing it likely happened at one of his parties in Buffalo, but he doesn't invite anyone directly and has everyone sign a nondisclosure of events at the party and surrender their cells. Pretty common at celebrity parties to do that, and makes it hard for police to investigate.

Tim Graham (credible buffalo media) says no charges are filed but Kane may "turn himself in" as early as today. Can't tell if he means go in for questioning or confess to a crime.
