The way they're doing this is fair. He was fun to watch but Hella inconsistent before Korn became goalie coach. Give him a year at 6 and if he keeps it up another year theyll be more than happy to navigate the cap and pay 7-8

I would expect they shed cap with trades next summer since they have some guys who are close to being ready for the NHL and on ELCs

That's not an awful price for sutter I suppose. I'd still prefer bonino on my roster but could be worse.
