Heard the Russians gave missiles to Syria or something? USA is looking for support and Russia is very much opposed, as well as China, and a few other countries. Interested to see how they resolve this

Of course they did. They gave missiles to cuba, and every other country within range of the US or US forces that they could. US did vice versa. And they've stayed there since the 70s. Russia and the USA have enough nukes to destroy the entire world apiece. Neither will bomb the other because it's a death warrant, if even one person is alive to press the button the other is dead. It'll result in a completely diplomatic treaty or something like that which says we won't bomb each other. It might also say we won't spy on each other but let's be honest, that's a goddamn lie.
