I disagree with your assessment. Regardless of who getz/perry have played with through the years, they've been able to score. I thought last year, when they played together, the cog/kes/silf line was the best because they mostly played in the offensive zone against the opponent's #1 line.
Despite the generic p/c comments by the players, I disagree with the notion that they're not working hard enough. I see tons of effort, it's just not smart effort. For example, most of the time when maroon, perry and sekac go for a hit, they lead with their back so by the time they spin around to try to find the puck, the dman has already passed it along pretty much making the fore check irrelevant. I see a ton of effort on the back check.
