It's dumb, since it's 1.5hr away from midnight but it's also on the players for breaking their own agreement. Has nothing to do with nhl being terrible at planning in this case, since they aren't allowed to book any flights on 25th and 26th.

They also take their own private team planes, not economy or bsns with the public. Has absolutely nothing to do with it, Pearson airport is always fucked anyways.

Point is, players shouldn't have broken their own agreement. Not sure if you worked in a union before, but breaking ur own agreement is a big no.
