Yeah. My chest is weak, that's probably part of why I hate it lol. It's really discouraging when your spotter benched 250 and you're benching 150  but I can still feel it so that's progress. I just have a lot more confidence in my deadlifts and bicep curls ;) Those are the most developed muscles I have, arms and upper back with some legs.
Worst part about push day was fucking dips. I did them at the end which was stupid, my muscles were absolutely shot and I could do 3 sets of 3 reps, barely made the 3rd on the last set. My tris are decent but the supporting muscle groups just couldn't handle it.

I know you didn't make the list, but I lol @ eggs under dairy...

how much did you lift?!!

Deadlifts are 5 sets @ 10/8/6/8/12 reps, 400lbs on 3rd set going down to 315 for 12 reps. When I say 12 reps I mean as many as I can muster. I'd be pretty confident in doing a 450lb-ish single rep I think.

I've been on and off of dead lifts, not because of anything in particular, just haven't been doing them consistently until this last month.

Bench press I'm hovering around 315 (3 plates per side, give or take some random 10/25/5 lb weights.) 5 sets 10/8/6/4/10

I am changing my routine quite a bit however in the next couple weeks, focusing on twitch muscles and building more explosive strength obv for hockey season.

Legs, I've stopped lifting and I've started more of a hockey/football type of training for lower body.

I'm pretty sure I have those numbers right. Honestly I throw a bunch of plates and weight on the barbell and go for it, don't ever really think about what the exact numbers are..

Yea I really enjoy back days

Chest has been another favorite for me, but I've got to cut down the reps and not grow the muscle size, my flexibility is hindered.

lol 55 lb curls and 150 lb bench press

that's awesome

those biceps

make your arms big and get those triceps going man, biceps are cool and all but having a mean ass tricep really stretches the sleeves on your t-shirt...

Tonight was supposed to be an off day but I went in and started my first training session for lower body/legs... I'm fucking shittered

The guy is about 170, shredded as fuck and used to play football etc., expects me to keep up with him...

Yea, didn't happen. I've never sweat this much... ever.

Not to mention the tricep muscle makes up like 75% of the arm. Big triceps = big arms.

My tris are good. Is it overhead press where you hold the dumbell behind your head and push up? I used to do those in addition to curls when all I had to workout with were dumbells. Arms are really my only developed muscle group lol, although legs aren't bad since I was still active while overweight and that adds at least a little strength.
