they were also talking about his stick antics apparently he's so picky in how he needs his sticks that it pisses off the equipment staff haha

realistically, this run has to end at some point, i just hope we can squeeze out a few more wins to get us in a favourable position

You just have to love the effort from this team, and the even better part? We are going to get better every year. I hope we get to the playoffs just so these young guys can experience what it takes to get there, and of course what it's like to play and raise your game even higher to stay there

you guys deserve it over boston at this point. id honestly rather play you guys too as a habs fan. we need revenge for that shit you guys pulled a couple years back.

how easily people will forget about you guys though if you dont make the playoffs.

i couldn't care less about what other people think about my team and if they forget about us it doesn't change anything or matter in the slightest

regardless of the outcome i'm proud of what we've been able to accomplish up until now

making the playoffs will just be an extra bonus

is that really all it would be? be proud for sure. its exciting and it leaves much reason for optimism, but to not make the playoffs? why else dress up for the 82 either this year or next?

from my perspective, yes.

we've already exceeded expectations, i already consider the fact that we are fighting for a spot a win.

as a fan if i am able to watch some exciting hockey in a year where nobody would have given us a chance of making the playoffs i'm content with that.

our team has changed a lot in the last few years and so has the identity, things will come together eventually.
